Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Developer with strong expertise in Calculation Views, SQL Script, and performance optimization. The role is development-focused, involving design, enhancement, and optimization of HANA Views, along with supporting their migration to Databricks.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and optimize SAP HANA Calculation Views / SQL Script-based models.
Interpret execution plans and improve performance (DBA-level tuning).
Recreate & validate HANA logic in Databricks during migration.
Collaborate with business and technical teams in a retail environment.
Provide ongoing development & enhancement support.

Required Skills :

Proven hands-on HANA view development & performance tuning.

Experience with cloud or Databricks migration projects.

Exposure to HANA DBA activities (monitoring, troubleshooting).

Knowledge of BW on HANA / BW / 4HANA (advantageous).

Strong communication and ability to work independently with clients.

Nice to Have :

Understanding of S / 4 HANA / ABAP.

Familiarity with Azure Synapse / cloud data platforms.
