Finance Manager (Odoo Accounting Implementation)

Position :  Finance Manager

Qualification :  B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA (Inter)

Experience :  5–12 years

Mandatory : Strong experience in Odoo Accounting setup, configuration, and implementation

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of Odoo Accounting across all departments. This role requires strong accounting expertise, ERP implementation knowledge, team leadership, and a strategic approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management

• Lead day-to-day financial operations : AP / AR, GL, banking, cash flow, and reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closures.
• Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
