Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lookdev Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of large-scale, photoreal, and cinematic projects. You’ll be responsible for look development, shading, set building and rendering workflows that push the boundaries of realism and artistry. Success in this position means delivering top-quality visuals that seamlessly blend technical precision with strong creative direction, while collaborating closely with teams to achieve world-class output. A strong education background from reputed arts & design university.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain materials, shaders, textures & Large Scale Environments to achieve photorealistic and cinematic results.
• Define and implement look development standards across large-scale environments (20–50 km), ensuring optimised and efficient asset workflows.
• Collaborate with fx, animation and other teams to maintain consistency and quality across productions.
• Troubleshoot and optimise scenes for performance in both offline and real-time rendering pipelines.
• Ensure the highest level of detail and artistic quality, maintaining alignment with the project’s creative vision.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance lookdev pipelines.
