Job Description

Position : Technical Lead

Experience : 8+ Years

Position Summary :

The Technical Lead will be an individual contributor responsible for hands-on design and architecture while ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role requires strong technical expertise, ownership of solutions, and the ability to guide and mentor others for long-term success.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Architecture

Independently deliver design and architectural solutions aligned with business needs.
Ensure technical quality of deliverables produced by the team.
Incorporate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as scalability, extensibility, and sustainability in solutions.
Create and review solution designs for assigned projects / products.
Own and implement technological solutions in collaboration with delivery teams.

Technical Awareness

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly within the relevant software ecosystem.

Demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to learn and adopt new tools / technologies.

Tools & Environment

Strong working knowledge of IDEs, repositories / version control systems, code review practices, and related tools.

Experience with Sonar, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and other DevOps / Agile tools.

Additional Responsibilities

Manage and resolve technical debt across modules and projects.

Establish and maintain technical standards.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering the development of next-level technical talent.

Preferred Profile :

Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Architect, or equivalent hands-on technical leadership role.

Strong problem-solving and design thinking skills.

Ability to balance individual contribution with team-level leadership and mentoring.
