Hotel Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager at Sujario Hotel located in Hyderabad. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing budgets, driving sales, and overseeing food and beverage services. Additional responsibilities include supervising receptionist duties, coordinating with various departments, handling guest complaints, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Sales
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in hotel management or similar role
