Role Description

This is a full-time role for the position of Associate, Founder's Office at FlocCare. The role is located in Singapore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Associate will be responsible for assisting the Founder in day-to-day operations, managing special projects, conducting research and analysis, coordinating with different departments, and preparing reports and presentations. Additionally, the Associate will contribute to strategic planning and help drive company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Organizational, and Coordination skills
• Research, Analytical, and Strategic Planning capabilities
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
