About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Alliance Manager to drive large software and solutions business through strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs) and OEMs . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in enterprise software sales, alliance management, and building long-term business relationships that generate significant revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with large System Integrators (SIs) and OEMs to generate joint business opportunities.
- Responsible for driving large software and solution deals through SI and OEM partnerships.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners to expand market reach.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key alliances to strengthen the organization’s partner ecosystem.
- Work closely with internal sales, technical, and pre-sales teams to create and deliver joint value propositions.
- Manage end-to-end partner engagement — from relationship development to deal execution.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Track market developments, competitor alliances, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic initiatives.
- Represent the company in partner events, joint marketing activities, and strategic business reviews.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Education : B.Tech / B.E.Experience : Around 10 years in Software / SaaS Alliance Management or Channel Sales .Proven track record in managing large software and solutions deals through alliances with SIs and OEMs.Strong experience in partner relationship and ecosystem management .Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and partnership models.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
