Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong domain knowledge in Sales Cloud and Health Cloud.

The tester will be responsible for end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce applications, ensuring quality delivery across multiple releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and execute manual test cases for Sales Cloud and Health Cloud modules.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, and data integrity.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for integrations, data migration, and reports.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
• Manage test planning, execution, and defect tracking in Jira.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) as part of an Agile QA team.
• Support UAT activities and ensure all functional scenarios are validated before release.
• Prepare detailed test documentation including test plans, execution logs, and summary reports.
