    • Roles & Experience Levels

  • Business Analyst : 8-12 years of banking / FinTech experience with strong exposure to Temenos Transact (or similar core banking) and securities / treasury modules.
  • Technical Consultant : 8-12 years of experience implementing or consulting on Temenos or large banking software solutions, especially in securities / treasury / back-office domains.
  • Developer : 3-5 years of hands-on development experience (preferably in Java, Temenos frameworks, legacy to modern migration etc) working within Temenos or equivalent banking platforms.

    • Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following : Securities (equities, fixed income, custody, settlement, corporate actions), FX / Money Markets, Back-Office operations.
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Temenos Transact platform (formerly T24) including its securities module, treasury module, APIs, micro-services architecture. Temenos+3Temenos+3Temenos+3
  • Understanding of the technical framework such as TAFJ (Temenos Application Framework for Java) and migration concepts from legacy frameworks. (Training packs confirm modules such as “Transact TAFC-TAFJ Migration” exist) Temenos+1
  • Proven ability to work with business users, translate requirements into functional / technical specifications, and manage end-to-end module delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, problem solving, and ability to work in a team and under delivery pressure.
  • For developer roles : strong programming skills, ability to work in Temenos technical environment, customizing modules, integrations, parameterization.
  • Preferred : experience working in banking / wealth / asset management context, exposure to back-office operations, securities lifecycle, corporate actions, settlement workflows
