Job descriptionLead quality & compliance (APQP, TS16949 / IATF, ISO 14001) and safety (NEBOSH / IOSH awareness). Manage budgets, forecasts and P&L; Lead technical troubleshooting, machine & mould optimization, and maintenance strategy. Build, coach and retain the manufacturing team; Interface with PPC, HR, OE and leadership to align production plans and customer commitments. BE in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing. Post-grad in Advanced Manufacturing preferred; 12–15+ years in plant manufacturing roles, with prior P&L and senior leadership exposure. Direct experience in rigid packaging / moulding / automotive plastics or closely related manufacturing. Strong knowledge of APQP, TS16949, Lean, Six Sigma, OEE and ERP / MES usage. Proven track record of delivering measurable productivity / quality improvements and managing CAPEX projects. Hands-on understanding of machine and mould technologies and maintenance execution. Strong stakeholder, vendor and customer management skills.

This is a hands-on plant leadership role driving safety, quality, productivity and P&L in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position : Manufacturing Head — Plant Operations
Location : Bangalore
Role summary
Lead the plant manufacturing function end-to-end : delivery of production targets, process excellence (OEE), safety, quality (APQP / TS16949), budget & P&L, CAPEX projects and developing a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Own plant operations to meet daily / weekly / monthly targets while achieving quality and delivery SLAs.
- Drive Operational Excellence — OEE improvements, 5S (>
90%), Kaizen, TPM and Lean initiatives.
prepare and deliver CAPEX projects.
implement KPI-driven performance management.
Must-have qualifications & experience
MBA (Operations) is an advantage.
