Experience : 5+ years

Salary range : 3 – 4 Lakhs PA

Job Description :

• Education : Diploma in Mechanical Engg / Manufacturing / Production
• Skills : Drawing Reading and Understanding of GDNT, Manufacturing Experience, Worked in workshops / manufacturing units having SPM, GPM, VMC, HMC, CNC Machines, SolidWorks
• Optional skills : Experience with Any type of Motor manufacturing, EV Motor manufacturing experience is advantage
• Activities : Identifying, Evaluating, Finalizing manufacturing vendors having specialized SPM, GPM, VMC, HMC, CNC Machines;
• Cost evaluation of manufacturing processes to arrive at component manufacturing cost;
• Comparison among vendors;
• Job order - negotiations & finalization;
• Travel to vendor facility, Follow up with vendors;
• Collection of parts, sub-system, system & Assembly;
• Quality testing & Qualifying the parts, sub-system, system & assembly;
• Knowledge & experience of Quality, Quality assurance and control;
• Improvement suggestion,action & delivery of modified parts, sub-system, system & Assembly;
• Complete responsibilityof delivering the parts, sub-system, system & assembly on-time and every-time;
• Testing of motor of parts, sub-system, system & Assembly;
• Testing of Motor on Dynamometer;
• Aware of safety, security & environment regulations;

Preferred if has his own vehicle.
