Lead Structural Project Engineer

Manager Structural - Design to be based in NCR - India

Responsibilities : Lead and manage the structural engineering team for high-rise and community development construction projects from conception to completion.Oversee the structural design process, ensuring compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.Review and approve detailed structural drawings, plans, and specifications.Manage and coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Ensure that safety and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to during construction.Review and manage the procurement process for structural materials and equipment.Report on project status, including timelines, costs, and risks to senior management.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 12- 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5+ years of experience in managing design for high-rise construction projects.
