Our client a Technology company is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic legal team in Bangalore to support their international operations.

Location : Bangalore, India

Experience : 12–15 years

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts in the technology and SaaS space.
Manage SaaS, DaaS, Sales, Enterprise, and Supplier agreements.
Handle high-value contracts (USD 10–20 million) with strategic business impact.
Lead and mentor a team of five legal professionals based in India.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

12–15 years PQE with strong experience in international technology contracts.

Exposure to SaaS / DaaS agreements and large-scale commercial contracts.

This is a high-impact role for a legal professional looking to operate at a regional level in a fast-growing tech environment.
