Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI-focused campaigns and be comfortable managing budgets, analyzing data, and scaling performance.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.

Optimize campaigns to meet ROI, CPL, and CPA targets.

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A / B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.

Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.

Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.

Analyze funnel performance and recommend strategies to improve conversions.

Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).

Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) .

Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other programmatic platforms is a plus.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
