Work Mode : Work from Office – BTM 2nd Stage, Bengaluru

Experience : Minimum 5+ Years in SAP

About the Role :

Hexad is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) and at least one core module — Production Planning (PP) or Quality Management (QM).The ideal consultant will have hands-on experience in SAP support and enhancement projects, a strong grasp of end-to-end business processes, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a work-from-office role at our Bengaluru (BTM 2nd Stage) location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide functional support for SAP SD along with PP or QM modules.
• Handle Incident Management and Change Management processes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, WM, FICO) to design and implement integrated SAP solutions.
• Conduct business requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration documentation, and user manuals.
• Work with ABAP developers to debug and resolve complex system issues.
• Support system upgrades, patching, and optimization activities.
• Ensure smooth business operations through proactive functional support and end-user guidance.
