About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Tech Lead / Senior Developer to drive the design development and integration of agentic AI solutions within Philips CRM landscape (Salesforce CRM Microsoft Dynamics CRM Conga CPQ CLM). The role requires a strong foundation in AI / ML LLMs and agentic workflows coupled with solid experience in enterprise-grade application development.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise (AI / ML Python Java JavaScript MCP microservices ) with domain knowledge in CRM and CPQ / CLM to design innovative solutions that improve automation contract lifecycle management quoting processes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of executing autonomous actions across CRM platforms.
• Build and integrate AI / ML and LLM-based models into enterprise applications leveraging frameworks such as OpenAI Azure OpenAI and LangChain.
• Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to support AI-driven workflows.
• Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks to accelerate innovation.
• Collaborate with CRM teams (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics) to align AI solutions with existing CPQ / CLM processes (contract lifecycle framework contract management quoting).
• Implement microservices and APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications.
• Drive MLOps practices for model deployment monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security authentication and data validation standards.
• Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong AI capability foundation within Philips.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10 years in CPQ / CLM domain

Proven track record managing end-to-end CPQ / CLM projects

Strong AI skills

Experience building home-grown CPQ / CLM applications.
