Proven hands-on experience in administering Microsoft Teams, including voice functionalities.
Experience with PSTN and call center integrations with Microsoft Teams.
Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of the M365 service landscape and its interfaces.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tool usage.
Proficient in using tools like Power BI and QoE (Quality of Experience) reports to monitor system performance, generate actionable insights, and enhance operational efficiency.
Solid understanding of networking protocols including VoIP, PSTN, and SIP.
Experienced in configuring Emergency Calling features such as :
Emergency Calling Policies
Normalization Rules
Location-Based Routing (LBR)
E-911 setup
Ensuring compliance and governance in enterprise telephony systems.
Skilled in configuration and troubleshooting of :
Microsoft Teams Phone System
Teams Room Systems
Audio / Video peripherals and related hardware - (Good to Have)
Soft Skills
Analytical thinking and a structured working style.
Very strong communication skills and a proactive collaborative mindset.
Experience with governance and compliance requirements.
Certifications
Microsoft 365 Certified : Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
Microsoft Certified : Teams Voice Engineer Expert (MS-720)
Additional certifications such as MS-900, MS-101 are a plus.
