Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Program Data Analytics Lead to support our construction operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and delivering high quality data analytics and visualization solutions to support the Project Management Office. Data will be consolidated from multiple sources including P6, BIM360, Excel etc. and used to design and develop automated dashboards. This role demands strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and hands-on experience with Power BI, VBA, and Microsoft workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automated dashboards using Power BI and Excel for project tracking and performance monitoring with drill down capability

Standardize reporting templates and KPIs across the Program and Project levels

Consolidate and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Operationalize vendor KPI collection and reporting mechanisms.

Automate repetitive reporting tasks using VBA and MS365 workflows (Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.).

Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate data flow.

Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

Document processes and provide training / support to stakeholders on dashboard usage and data entry protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Analytics, Construction Management, or related field.

3–8 years of experience in data analysis, dashboard development, or project controls in a construction or infrastructure environment.

Strong Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel (advanced), and VBA scripting.

Experience with MS365 tools including Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of EPC / GC / Owner Reporting Frameworks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and with external vendors.

Ability to translate data into business insights

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Other Skills and Exceptions

Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems.

Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance practices.

Highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving, communication, Interpersonal skills, and Analytical Thinking.

Ability to maneuver through complexities and has proven skills in complexity reduction.

Proven track record of driving organizational process improvements.

Is willing to work from onsite at Dholera.
