Key Responsibilities :
- Provide guidance to prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, admission process, fees, and scholarships.
- Educate students on program features, curriculum, and career prospects.
- Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and messages, and assist in converting leads into enrollments.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and parents, ensuring smooth communication.
- Follow up on applications and enrollment confirmations in coordination with the admissions team.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Requirements
Any Bachelor’s degree with 0-1 years of experience.Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM tools (preferred).Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills.Enthusiasm for sales, business development & student counseling.Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off.Basic understanding of education systems and career pathways (training provided).Best in industry compensation, benefits, incentives & work environment provided.We are looking for passionate individuals who want to build a rewarding career via helping students in theirs, we’d love to meet you!
