Assistant Manager (MEP)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing the installation of MEP systems in various construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review MEP designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into building designs.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site challenges.
• Ensure that MEP installations comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits of MEP systems.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and compliance certificates.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other project team members.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and construction teams.
