Job description

Key Responsibilities – Chennai Branch

  • B2B Sales & Channel Development
  • Drive business from channel partners, dealers, institutions, corporates, government projects, builders, architects, sports clubs & fitness centers.
  • Prospect, acquire, and expand B2B partnerships.
  • Achieve sales closures with support from the Branch Sales Manager.
  • B2C Sales (Company-Generated Leads)
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company.
  • Convert prospects into customers with guidance from the Branch Sales Manager.
  • Deliver excellent service to generate referrals.
  • Quotations & Project Designs
  • Work with CRM Manager for proposals / quotations.
  • Present and clarify designs / quotations to clients.
  • Support negotiations under Branch Sales Manager.
  • Collections & Revenue Tracking
  • Follow up on client payments.
  • Ensure timely collection and track revenue progress.
  • CRM & Lead Monitoring
  • Update all client interactions in CRM.
  • Monitor pipeline, conversions & collection status.
  • Generate reports for Branch Sales Manager.
  • Branch & Team Support
  • Contribute to branch sales initiatives.
  • Support and mentor junior staff when needed.
  • Reporting & Market Insights
  • Provide daily / weekly / monthly sales & collection updates.
  • Share competitor insights and customer feedback.
  • Escalate challenges to Branch Sales Manager.
