Client Relationship Executive – Matrimony Services

Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Experience : 6 months – 1 year (preferably in matrimony sales or service-based industries)

Language : Must have strong communication skills in Malayalam

Qualification – Any Graduate

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-driven Client Relationship Executive to assist customers with Malayogam’s matrimony services. The role involves talking to customers, understanding their needs, explaining membership plans, and helping them choose the right service.

Key Responsibilities

Explain Malayogam’s matrimony services to customers clearly.

Help clients choose the right membership plan based on their preferences.

Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.

Achieve daily / weekly sales and conversion targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Keep records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions.

Skills Required

Energetic, enthusiastic and experience in matrimony sales is a strong advantage.

Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated.
