Job description

Key Deliverables :

  • Lead Lean Supply Chain transformation through process design, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
  • Drive inventory optimization including Inventory Turns, Back Order root cause analysis, and ABC / XYZ studies.
  • Implement Lean systems like JIT, Kanban, and 2-bin synchronized with internal processes.
  • Deliver sustainable logistics, warehouse, and packaging cost reduction projects through cross-functional collaboration.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with SIOP, Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics for process streamlining.
  • Monitor and eliminate excess inventory generation through structured root cause analysis.
  • Improve order management flow and implement safety stock strategies with digitization.
  • Execute supplier reliability and consolidation projects to drive zero-defect and cost efficiency goals.
