• Application Maintenance o Provisioning o Incident & Problem Management o Rel / ease Management o Testing : unit testing, SAP release testing, and issue testing o Corrective Maintenance o Regulatory Maintenance o Service Request Management o Enhancements o Environment Refreshes o Proof of Concepts (POC) o Documentation (configuration & testing documentation, enhancements, workbooks, etc.) o Create SAP tickets where issues are found and follow the tickets through their life cycles.
• Application Development Services o Development and enhancements of existing objects o Employee Central and Employee Profile Support o Onboarding Support 1.0 / 2.0 o Recruitment Management o Recruitment Marketing o Security and provisioning
• Support and leadership in reviewing the Success Factors release notes.
• Follow industry best practices, techniques that deliver improved software solutions.
• Available for testing / support on scheduled deployment dates that are designated by the standardized change management process.
• Collaborate with architects, systems engineers, project managers, systems administrators, and operations analysts to deploy and enhance solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues.
