AI / ML Team Lead

Role : Head Data Scientist

Skills : AI + ML

At least 12+ years of experience working with geographically distributed teams

• 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing role on AI / ML .
• Demonstrable experience in leading a substantive area of work, or line management of a team.
• Proven experience in building production grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with hands on experience with advanced RAG techniques for retrieval, re-ranking etc.
• Build GenAI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex and familiarity with Vector Stores and Large Language Models.
• Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for business use cases will be preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing end-to-end classical machine learning and NLP projects.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying ML solutions in production using cloud services like Azure,AWS.
