Position : Engineer / Sr.Engineer-Project

Role Purpose : To manage the technical aspects of an engineering or construction project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards

Role Reports to : Manager-Project

Location : Dahej

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Years of experience : 6 to 9 Years

Focus Area :

To manage and execution of site work, control project activities, supervision of construction works and execution of work as per drawings and quality control as per satisfaction of clients, manage all site execution as per construction schedules.

Dealing with Consultants for Detailing Phase of Project.

Responsible for Material Procurement in SAP & Timely Execution of Project.

Inspect the project equipment's received at the site to ensure that they are matching with the standard parameters as defined in purchase orders during the planning phase.

In-charge of safety at the site for project execution, follow & implement site HSE rules and

housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Managed subcontractor service billing processes for site work, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Conducted Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) to ensure safe plant start-up and compliance with identifiedfied recommendations.

Led product start-up trials to verify plant performance according to design parameters before plant handover to production teams.

To prepare Bar Chart for execution plan of Project work.

Prepare P&ID diagram & take approval from user.

To Prepare B.O.Q. of materials for project work & raising PR in SAP.

Preparation and Approving Qualification Documents of Pharmaceutical Equipment, HVAC System & Process Water Plant.

Execution & Installation of all types of Pharmaceutical Equipment such as Reactors (SSR,

GLR),Centrifuge, Fluidized bed Dryer, Rota cone Vacuum Dryer, Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer, Spray Dryer, Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter, Mechanical Vapor Recompression Evaporation, Agitated Thin Film Dryer, Jet mill, Milling Machine and Their Relevant Piping Work Coordinating with User Dept. Moreover all utilities m / c such as Boiler, Hot air generator, chiller plant, brine plant, Thermic

fluid, Air compressor which are executed as well commissioned.

Basic computer knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word.
