Are you a seasoned leader in IT project management with a knack for steering complex change programs to success We're seeking a Senior Manager in our SAP practice, specializing in Project and Program Management. to join our dynamic team in GDS India. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will drive innovation and transformation programs within the SAP practice in GDS.

In this role you will :

• Lead and deliver large-scale SAP transformation programs with precision and agility.
• Navigate the SAP delivery methods and best practices with your deep industry knowledge.
• Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Utilise your extensive experience to mentor and guide your team towards excellence.
• Demonstrate levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.
• Lead diverse experts working across various teams, including Finance business stakeholders, workstream leads, system and functional experts, technical architects, developers and others to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution. Representing and explaining project progress to the most senior client stakeholders
• Ensure the application of best practices in project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
• Provide leadership and guidance to the overall programme team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
