ICT Expert (Agriculture Sector)

We are looking for a motivated and highly skilled ICT Expert (Agriculture Sector) to join our project team. This role is critical in advancing digital innovations and ICT solutions that support sustainable agricultural development.

Qualification Requirements :

BS and MS Agricultural or

BS and MS Master in computer science / computer application / information technology / geoinformatics

Experience :

5 years' work experience in managing the Development of MIS, GIS system and ICT related environment.

5 years' work experience in any National / Foreign funded project in designing

Conceptual frameworks of MIS / GIS system and other software / application related to collection, storage and dissemination of Agriculture Information.

Major Tasks and Duties :

Support and coordinate with MIS / GIS expert in developing conceptual design of MIS & GIS system to be established under PMU / DOA and overall developing of framework for digitalization of PMU internal working environment

Support in developing agriculture sector customized software and common digital platforms for collection, storage, retrieval and dissemination of Agriculture information among stakeholders.

Implementation of TOT to DOA / PMU staff related to subject matter of project implementation plan.

Assist in planning and monitoring of project progress using ICT tools
