About the Role

As the Chief of Staff to the Group Head of HR, you will play a critical role in supporting the CHRO in strategic planning, decision-making and operational management within the Human Resources (HR) department. You will serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between the Head of HR and various stakeholders, ensuring alignment of priorities, effective communication, and seamless execution of initiatives. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve HR goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of HR and senior leadership team to shape the future of the HR function and drive organizational success.
