Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet client requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Desired Candidate Profile :
2-6 years of experience in bulk hiring, mass recruitment, retail recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields.Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.Skills Required
