Role Overview :

We are seeking an ambitious and analytically sharp Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to take our paid media efforts to the next level. You'll own the full performance marketing funnel with one clear goal : drive profitable customer acquisition at a minimum of 5x ROAS .

Meta Ads Strategy & Execution

• Own and execute Mookaa's Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad strategy end-to-end
• Launch and scale campaigns across TOF, MOF, and BOF (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
• Build and optimize audiences using pixel data, lookalikes, and first-party data
• A / B test creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive incremental improvements
• Maintain strict adherence to 5x+ ROAS targets and daily / weekly KPIs
