About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of AI-powered learning technology. You'll work across our entire stack—from a FastAPI backend to a modern frontend—while integrating cutting-edge AI services to create intelligent, personalized learning experiences.

This is an opportunity to shape technical decisions, work with the latest AI tools (GPT-4, Gemini, LangChain), and build products that genuinely impact how people learn.

What You'll Do

You'll develop and maintain features across our full application stack, building AI-powered learning path generators and marketplace functionality. Your work will include implementing secure authentication systems with JWT, email verification, and two-factor authentication, as well as designing and optimizing MongoDB schemas for performance and scalability.

You'll integrate Azure AI services using LangChain, build responsive user interfaces for complex AI interactions, and contribute to our Azure Container Apps infrastructure. Writing clean, tested, and maintainable code is essential, as is participating in code reviews and architectural discussions.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

You should have at least 3 years of full stack development experience with strong proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies.

Backend : Python 3.10+ with solid async / await patterns, FastAPI framework, MongoDB with MongoEngine ODM, JWT authentication, and RESTful API design. Experience with Docker and background job systems is expected.

Frontend : Modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular), TypeScript, state management solutions, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with modern build tools like Vite or Webpack.

Infrastructure : Experience with Azure cloud services (Container Apps, Blob Storage), Terraform, CI / CD pipelines, and Git-based collaborative workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) and AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain would be a strong advantage. Familiarity with credit / payment systems, multi-tenant architectures, and testing frameworks (Pytest, Jest) is also valued.

Qualifications Summary
