About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, entrepreneurial, and growth-obsessed Category Manager to own and scale one or more travel experience categories. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating winning travel products, optimizing supply, driving pricing strategies, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. If your heart beats for both strategy and execution — and your brain lights up at the thought of numbers, markets, and user journeys — this role is your calling.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end P&L for your category – right from product creation to performance.

• Identify high-potential destinations and experiences;

onboard, manage & nurture supply partners.

Launch new experiences and optimize existing ones for relevance, profitability, and user delight.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Tech, Content, and Customer Experience teams.

Use customer insights and market trends to drive innovation and category expansion.

Monitor pricing strategies, inventory, and product positioning.

Actively track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and hustle to improve performance.

You Might Be The One If You Have

3+ years of experience in category management, e-commerce, consulting, travel, or startup ecosystems.

you're obsessed with dashboards and KPIs.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats.

Proven negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.

A passion for travel — you’ve probably already crafted itineraries in your head while reading this.
