Business Analyst – Sales & Growth Strategy
Location : Tirupur (Corporate Office)
Experience : 2–5 Years (Relevant analytics experience preferred)
Role Purpose
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can deeply analyze sales, market, population, and production data to identify new business opportunities, growth gaps, and demand patterns, enabling data-driven sales and production decisions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze Primary & Secondary Sales Data (Region / Distributor / Outlet-wise)
Identify sales gaps, low-performing markets, and growth opportunities
Study population, geography, income & consumption patterns to predict demand
Track existing product sales movement and new product performance in the market
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new product launches in the innerwear category
Map market demand vs production capacity & SKU availability
Identify overstock, understock, slow-moving & fast-moving styles
Support New Product Development (NPD) planning based on market feedback and sales trends
Prepare sales forecasting & demand planning reports
Develop MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports for management review
Support sales strategy, territory planning & beat optimization
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, SCM & R&D teams
Analyze sales team performance and provide data-based insights & appreciation reports
Qualification & Skills
Education :
Any Degree (Engineering preferred)
MBA / PG in Business Analytics / Marketing / Operations – Added Advantage
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel & Data Analysis
Hands-on experience with Power BI / Tableau / Dashboards
Knowledge of Sales MIS, Forecasting & Demand Planning
Basic understanding of ERP / Production Planning / SCM data
Ability to convert data into actionable business insights
Analytical Mindset :
Strong logical & numerical skills
Good business understanding of FMCG / Apparel / Innerwear markets
Strong data-driven decision-making approach
