We’re looking for an
HR Services Coordinator & Helpdesk
to join our client’s regional HR operations team in India and South West Asia.
This role will provide comprehensive HR administrative and on-ground support across multiple functions — from Recruitment Operations and Learning & Development to Payroll, Mobility, and Employee Helpdesk services.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews, onboarding logistics, and employment documentation.
Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor payments.
Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed.
Maintain accurate HR records and assist with compliance audits.
Serve as a local HR helpdesk representative, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Social Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR administration or generalist experience.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
Previous experience in shared-services or multinational environments is a plus.
