Senior Frontend Developer Role

Job Description :

Our company seeks a seasoned Frontend Architect with extensive experience in crafting robust, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend frameworks.

This role demands exceptional expertise in performance optimization, responsive UI / UX design, and seamless integration with backend systems. The ideal candidate will drive architecture, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products.

• Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications using React.js
• Design and implement reusable components, hooks, and state management solutions
• Optimize performance for large-scale apps (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies)
• Collaborate with UI / UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility and responsive design principles
• Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and guide junior engineers
• Maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and CI / CD practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8–10+ years of professional frontend development experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Redux (or other state management libraries), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks

Performance tuning for large-scale React applications

Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets

Proficiency with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)

Strong debugging and profiling skills (React DevTools, Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)
