Office 365 Administration / Microsoft Architecture

Teamware Solutions is seeking a skilled Office 365 Administrator / Microsoft Architect to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation, security, and scalability of our cloud collaboration and productivity tools. You'll leverage your expertise in Office 365 administration and Microsoft architecture to provide strategic guidance and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

• Office 365 Administration & Management :
• Administer and maintain the entire Microsoft 365 suite , including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD .
• Manage user identities, licenses, and security groups within Azure Active Directory .
• Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, shared mailboxes, and public folders .
• Oversee SharePoint Online site collections, permissions , and data governance.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
• Implement and enforce Microsoft 365 security policies , including MFA, Conditional Access , and data loss prevention (DLP).
• Microsoft Architecture & Strategy :
• Design and implement scalable and secure Microsoft cloud solutions aligning with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft 365 roadmap and best practices for adoption and integration.
• Provide architectural guidance for new Microsoft services and features , ensuring smooth deployment and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 with existing on-premises and cloud systems.
• Troubleshooting & Support :
• Provide expert-level support for Office 365 related issues , diagnosing and resolving complex problems efficiently.
• Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
