Role Overview We’re looking for a driven and persuasive Advertising Sales Manager to lead corporate outreach and build brand partnerships. The role involves selling our sustainable advertising and CSR solutions to brands, distributors, and event organizers across industries — real estate, FMCG, hospitals, cement, education, and retail.
You’ll be responsible for positioning our solution as a modern alternative to traditional advertising (TV, print, or hoardings) — showing clients how our branded tote bags can boost awareness, meet CSR goals, and build lasting goodwill.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and approach decision-makers in marketing, CSR, procurement, and brand departments across corporates, distributors, and agencies.
Cold Outreach : Execute targeted cold calling, cold mailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to open doors.
Pitching & Presentations : Conduct persuasive product demos and meetings (online / offline) to present the “Tote Bag advertising” concept.
Negotiation & Deal Closure : Manage proposal submissions, pricing discussions, and finalize partnership or bulk order deals.
Client Strategy : Advise clients on campaign design — target audience, print placement, CSR tie-ins, and measurable outcomes.
Market Mapping : Track industries using traditional advertising and develop replacement strategies to convert them to Tote Bag campaigns.
Collaboration : Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for seamless execution of large-scale campaigns.
Reporting : Maintain pipeline dashboards and provide weekly sales and lead reports.
Key Skills & Requirements 3–6 years of experience in advertising sales, brand partnerships, corporate gifting, or sustainability-driven sales .
Proven track record of cold calling, client acquisition, and deal closures .
Strong communication and presentation skills — ability to pitch concepts, not just products.
Excellent corporate networking and relationship-building ability.
Passion for sustainability and an understanding of CSR / ESG-linked marketing.
Experience working with agencies, corporates, or distributors is a plus.
