Job Description : What You’ll Do :

Counsel working professionals on premium IIT / IIM programs

Own the end-to-end sales funnel – lead nurturing, follow-ups, and closures

Deliver high-quality career guidance with empathy and expertise

Who We’re Looking For :

Minimum 3–7 years of B2C inside sales experience (preferably in EdTech or academic

counseling)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Proven track record of conversions and revenue ownership
