Designation- Relationship Manager- Structured Finance- AVP / DVP

Experience- 5-10 Years

Location- Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

• Originate and acquire new client relationships in the structured finance space to drive business growth.
• Work closely with promoters in the structured finance sector to identify opportunities and craft solutions.
• Manage end-to-end deal execution including business analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, and leading negotiations.
• Collaborate with credit teams to draft detailed credit memos and drive the credit approval process.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams for seamless execution and disbursement.
• Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.
