As part of this team Total Rewards plays a pivotal role in shaping how we attract retain and grow top talent by designing compensation benefits and equity programs that are innovative competitive and deeply aligned with our culture and vision.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Rewards Analyst you will :

  • Collect organise and analyse compensation and benefits data from internal and external sources to support decision-making.
  • Assist in job evaluation job levelling and benchmarking to ensure fairness and market alignment.
  • Help run surveys benchmarking studies and annual compensation review processes.
  • Maintain and update data in our rewards systems and help create reports and dashboards that track key compensation and benefits metrics.
  • Support the delivery of employee programs including bonuses benefits and equity ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.
  • Prepare communication materials presentations and resources that make complex rewards topics simple and accessible for employees.
  • Staying informed about relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

  • 3 years of experience in HR compensation benefits or HR analytics
  • Meticulous attention to detail accuracy and timeliness are critical in this role.
  • Strong data analysis and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with HR systems (Workday etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex data and processes for different audiences.
  • Curious proactive and eager to grow.
