Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure optimal deployment and utilization of Cisco services and solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of tasks and project implementations for assigned customer engagements.
- Implement new techniques, tools, and methodologies in customer delivery, and share best practices or lessons learned with the broader team.
- Create, review, and validate technical project documents, including Design Recommendations, High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and Implementation / Change Management Plans .
- Build and utilize test environments when required to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve compatibility challenges.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise in configuring and deploying Cisco products and solutions using relevant software tools and technologies.
- Contribute to the development of digital intellectual assets such as scripts, templates, and automated solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical focal point for issue resolution during customer engagements; ensure accurate and timely resolution of critical customer problems across various technologies.
