Role Overview
The Senior UX Designer will lead the design and delivery of intuitive, user-centered experiences across digital platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring collaboration with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UX principles, design systems, and leadership capabilities to mentor junior designers and influence product vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy and vision for complex products and multi-platform experiences.
- Conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative research;
translate findings intoactionable design strategies.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.Develop and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides.Plan and execute usability tests;iterate designs based on feedback.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.Guide and mentor junior designers;promote best practices and emerging trends.
Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and UX / UI standards.Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in UX design, with at least 4–5 years in a senior or lead role.Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.Familiarity with HTML / CSS and responsive design principles.Advanced user research methodologies and usability testing.Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Design, HCI, or related field.Experience with Agile / Scrum environments.Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX projects and design systems.Sample Deliverables
