What we are looking for

Role : IT IS_AMS_Mainframe_DB2 Administration

Experience Range : 4 – 8 Years

Location : Chennai / Pune

Must Have :

1. Should be stronghold on Mainframe & Database Architecture.

2. Should be expertise in Mainframe Database concepts

3. Should be dealing with various vendors & application team and troubleshoot the application Issues.

4. Should hold the hands-on knowledge in Mainframe Database offline & online Utilities.

5. Hands-on experience in ISV tools like BMC and CA products.

6. Hands-on experience Mainframe Db2 System Upgrades and Migration activities.

7. Hands-on experience in SMP / e tools.

8. Basic understanding in DR concepts and the DBA role in the DR activities.

9. Should have strong knowledge on JCL and their various concepts.

10. Should have the experience on Performance monitoring and the tools.

11. In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Configuration management and Change Management processes.

12. Candidate should have been in a customer facing role with excellent communication skills.

13. Strong technical knowledge and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Good to Have :

Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

1. Strong communication skills

2. Flexible with shifts

Essential :

1. Stronghold on Application DBA activities & System Programmer activities

2. Flexible to support during the crunch scenarios.

3. Monthly on-call support during the weekends.

Minimum Qualification :

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
