Vendor Management & Development

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for various packaging materials.

Maintain strong working relationships with existing suppliers for timely and quality deliveries.

Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times effectively.

Procurement & Planning

Forecast and plan material requirements in coordination with production and inventory teams

Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules

Maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth production and avoid delays

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure all packaging materials meet internal quality standards and specifications

Work with QA team and vendors to resolve any material quality issues

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations

Cost & Process Optimization

Generated with costs through negotiation and alternate sourcing

Explore eco-friendly and cost-effective packaging options in line with the brand’s sustainability vision.

Documentation & Reports

Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, supplier contracts, and pricing

Generate regular reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and procurement efficiency
