CCI's mission is to provide outstanding professional support to all Citrin Cooperman offices throughout the year in the areas of accounting, attest and auditing, tax compliance and consulting, business advisory, valuation, litigation support, and other professional work.Responsibilities- Prepare & Review U.S. tax returns viz tax returns for individuals form 1040 HNI.- Able to do tax research independently.- Interacts, coordinates, and collaborates with all levels of the team to ensure timeliness and effective communication on an engagement.- Oversee tax processes by coordinating day-to-day interactions with the team, reviewing engagement work product, driving delivery of services to meet deadlines for client deliverables, developing internal team members, and managing the functional efforts of such tax processes.- Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple projects, effectively prioritize, manage others, and meet deadlines.- Exhibits exceptional client relationship management and client service skills.- Training the staff, Maintain quality and meet client deafdlines- Build working relationships with peers, supervisors and U.S. colleagues.Qualifications- 6-11 years of experience into individual taxation.- Qualification : CA, CA Inter, CPA, EA, MBA Finance, M.COM, B.Com, BBA.- Knowledge of a broad range of US income tax laws.- Develop and train new and experienced staff.- Exercise initiative and sound judgement.- Responsive to clients.Required Skills- Strong writing, Excel modeling, and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.- Proficient in CCH Axcess tax software, Caseware, Microsoft Office applications, and expert in tax research software (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint, Intelliconnect).
