Role Summary :

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, translating customer requirements into user stories and product backlog items.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain product backlog.

Collaborate with UX / UI, frontend, and backend teams to align features with Kentico capabilities.

Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Validate deliverables against business goals and Kentico features.

Required Skills :

5+ years in BA / PO role, preferably in CMS or DXP projects.

Strong understanding of Kentico CMS features, modules, and personalization.

Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.
