We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join the Operations Team of a leading shipping company. This role is a great fit for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong communication skills and a deep interest in vessel operations and client coordination.

Position : Shipping Operations Executive

Experience : 0–3 years

Key Responsibilities

Regularly coordinate with Owners, Charterers, and Discharge Port Agents to track voyage progress
Maintain strong and professional communication across stakeholders
Manage and support client relationships across the shipping network
Identify and flag potential operational issues in advance
Ensure smooth execution of voyages through effective planning and communication

Qualification

Graduate with a strong academic background

NMIS certification is mandatory for freshers; optional for candidates with 1–2 years’ experience.

Strong understanding of shipping operations and industry practices
