About the role

We’re looking for a

T-shaped operator

with

early-stage startup experience

to work directly with the founder and own high-impact projects across growth, product marketing, and special 0->

1 initiatives.

What You will do?

Your single most important metric would be to drive user and business growth, including :

• Drive user acquisition (paid + organic)
• Run growth experiments and improve funnels
• Build campus / creator-led programs
• Lead product marketing & campaign execution
• Support investor updates, research & fundraising materials
• Execute 0→1 projects end-to-end
• Work cross-functionally with design, therapists & ops teams
