Job Overview

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will take ownership of designing and building foundational architecture for multi-agent AI systems at our organization.

This is a high-impact role where you'll combine cutting-edge research with practical engineering to bring agent-based reasoning, orchestration, and automation into our enterprise-grade platform.

You'll be hands-on with code while also shaping technical direction and evaluating new frameworks.

Your work will directly influence how thousands of enterprise users experience AI in their daily sales workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture and Development : Design and implement the core architecture for agentic AI platforms including multi-agent workflows, orchestration layers, and reasoning pipelines.
• AI Systems Development : Develop, fine-tune, and deploy scalable ML / NLP / LLM-driven services in production.
• Data and Infrastructure : Build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, training, and real-time serving.
• Performance Optimization : Continuously refine models for accuracy, latency, and enterprise-scale reliability.
• Innovation and Leadership : Stay ahead of emerging frameworks and bring the best into production. Set technical standards, lead design reviews, and mentor junior engineers in AI engineering best practices.
